I have a recollection of working in an american IT company where a colleague had lost a lot of weight by going on a low carb diet. I then introduced this diet to my wife who was willing to give it a go. Our mantra pretty much was that fat is good for you which resulted in us changing all our dairy products from the skimmed versions to either cream, butter or whole-milk and our favourite meat was entrecôte.

From this period are also my first recollections of ms symptoms which I blissfully ignored since I was capable of exercising fairly intensively.

At this time I also decided to test creating youtube videos and the selected subject matter was food. From the videos – in Finnish – you get a glimpse into what I think was one of the causing factors of ms. From the below videos you can see that I have foregone quite a bit to regain my health.
